The Lord Saw David’s Tears; He Sees Yours Too

Note that not one single sorrow or tear goes unnoticed by the Lord. “You keep track of ALL my sorrows…..ALL my tears….EACH ONE…”

During this particular period of David’s life, he was completely alone, humanly speaking. But in reality, David was never alone, because God saw him, and had always kept track of every sorrow, heartache, worry, fear and tear.

We too can take great comfort from this knowledge. Our God is full of compassion and mercy, and there will come a day when He will wipe away every tear from our eyes. (Revelation 21:4) And until that day, we can be assured that He “will never leave us or forsake us.” (Hebrews 13:5, 1 Chronicles 28:20)
