And as he entered a village, he was met by ten lepers, who stood at a distance and lifted up their voices, saying, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.” When he saw them he said to them, “Go and show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went they were cleansed. Luke 17:12-14

Just a thought to ponder this morning; when these ten turned and walked away to carry out Jesus’ instruction, they were still visibly leprous. It was after they stepped out in obedient faith that they were healed. I believe the Lord honoured their faith.

Sometimes (more often than not!) we need to take that bold step of faith, even when it looks as though our outward circumstances have not changed. If the Lord has said it, believe it. Trust Him. Start walking in faith and see what He does!!
