“Then God said, “I am giving you a sign of my covenant with you and with all living creatures, for all generations to come. I have placed my rainbow in the clouds. It is the sign of my covenant with you and with all the earth.” Genesis 9:12-13

I love rainbows- they’re a beautiful reminder that our God is a covenant keeping God! We had a “double portion” over our house this morning!

Today, remember that we need rain in order to experience the beauty of the rainbow.

Simplistic? Maybe – but true!

I love how God, in His infinite love and mercy, made this simple but powerful object lesson, for generation after generation until the end of time.

But that’s our God isn’t it, Good, Faithful, Merciful, Gracious and Kind
