When I planted my carrot seeds, somewhere in back of my mind, I think I probably pictured a harvest a little like this, pictured above, only on a smaller scale. Why did my ‘harvest’ turn out as it did?
Here is a simple but important spiritual lesson I was reminded of, by my badly planted home grown carrots. (This is my first ever ‘vlog’ – a slightly scary but necessary growing experience for both me and my blog.)

First of all, it is wonderful to hear your northern Ireland accent! That makes everything better! But secondly, your illustration gave me chills! it is a perfect illustration of how what we preach and teach, even to new believers, must Not to be shallow, or else their roots will never take hold.

Thank you for your kind encouragement Anthony- and also for understanding the ‘gist’ of what I was trying to say, in my rather garbled way 😄

Such a great message, Jill. I like your vlog, I think you should do more of them. But, please turn the music off in your future vlogs 🙂

Thank you Bill. I’m still “getting over myself” lol, but I do plan to eventually do more frequent vlogs. Thank you too for your feedback about the music, that’s very helpful. 😊
