Imagine having a friend who loved you so much that they said to you “give me all your worries, all those things that are weighing heavily on your mind, & I’ll bear them all for you”
Oh, that’s right…..you don’t have to imagine it; you do have such a friend! His name is Jesus.
“Pour out all your worries and stress upon him and leave them there, for he always tenderly cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7

“He cares for you, not just about you.
It’s nice to have someone who cares about us, but God doesn’t only do that – He cares for us.
There’s a vast difference between caring about and caring for. The word used here in this scripture actually means He ‘takes care of you’.

Your Father God loves and takes tender care of you.
He knows ever hair on your head. He knows your next words before you will speak them – in fact, He even knows what you’re going to think next!

Psalm 139:1-3
“You perceive every movement of my heart and soul, and you understand my every thought before it even enters my mind. You are so intimately aware of me, Lord. You read my heart like an open book and you know all the words I’m about to speak before I even start a sentence! You know every step I will take before my journey even begins.

Will you just rest and let Him take care of you today?
